About the roleWe are now looking for a counselor who wants to be an important part of our student health team and contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment for our students. As a counselor, you will work preventively and promote student health, as well as provide support for psychosocial issues. You will collaborate with school management, teachers, and other professionals to ensure that students receive the right support at the right time.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide support and advice to students on psychosocial issues

• Participate in the school's student health team and contribute your expertise

• Work preventively and promote a good learning environment

• Collaborate with guardians and external actors as needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a good ability to build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues

• Is solution-oriented and has a professional approach

• Enjoys working both independently and in a team

Qualifications:

• Degree in social work or other relevant higher education

• Experience working with children and youth is an advantage

• Knowledge of school governance documents and the mission of student health is a plus

The position is a part-time role at 20%

Permanent with a 6-month probationary period

Monthly salary, vacation service
